The Starke County Sheriff’s Office has a new website.
The page, www.starkecountysheriff.com, features a roster of jail inmates with booking photos and charges and information about scheduling a visit with an inmate.
The website also serves as a one-stop shop for various types of information. Visitors can also learn about the golf cart and gun permit processes. The recently launched Starke County Crime Mapper GIS can also be accessed from the site. It features data about where various types of crimes take place. Links are also posted to the sex offender registry and the Starke County’s Most Wanted list.
Anonymous tips about offenses ranging from animal control and drunk driving to sex offenders and terrorism can also be shared with law enforcement through the site.
